hello sir, in the beginnin of this video you said, that doctors uses broad spectrum antibiotics to clear out the normal flora so that the pathogens can get in. Why would the doctor do that?

It's not intentionally done. Patients that end up on broad spectrum antibiotics are typically cultured however, cultures take 48-72 hours for results to be confirmed of the pathogen that is causing symptoms such as fevers, elevated wbcs, tachycardia, hypotension, lactic acid elevation, etc. Broad spectrum is started as a "shot gun approach" in order to target the bad pathogen causing some good bacteria to be eliminated. Once the pathogens are confirmed broad spectrum antibiotics are discontìnueď and narrow spectrum abx are started.

2. Understanding the role of each arm of the immune system.

3. Understanding the differences of each arm of the immune system.
